ppvpi Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (referred to throughout this document as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ppvpi (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the website located at ppvpi.net. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the ppvpi platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ppvpi platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. ppvpi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version is always published at ppvpi.net/terms-conditions with a revision date clearly displayed at the top of the document.

These Terms apply to all products and services made available through the ppvpi platform, including but not limited to: the live casino (Evolution Gaming and Ezugi tables), the slots library, the cricket and sports sportsbook, instant-win games, crash games (including Aviator by Spribe), and any promotional or loyalty programmes. Where a specific product or promotion has additional terms, those supplementary terms apply in addition to — not in place of — these general Terms.

1.1 Governing Language

The official governing language of these Terms is English. Any translations provided for convenience do not have legal effect. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ppvpi Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and ppvpi and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

The ppvpi platform is intended exclusively for adult players. To register and use ppvpi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any activity on ppvpi, without exception.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or automated processes are prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from ppvpi or from gambling platforms generally under any applicable self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of ppvpi, or an immediate family member of any such person, when participating in real-money betting or casino activity.

2.1 Age Verification (KYC)

ppvpi enforces a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all new accounts. As part of this process, players are required to submit valid government-issued identity documents confirming their name, date of birth, and address. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. ppvpi reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and place betting restrictions on any account where KYC has not been completed within the timeframe specified at the time of account registration.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately and permanently. Any winnings accrued in such an account will be forfeited. ppvpi will make every reasonable effort to refund deposits made by underage players, less any administrative costs incurred, in accordance with applicable consumer protection principles.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the ppvpi platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, different payment methods, or different device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals held across those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields. This includes your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), a valid and active email address, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and your date of birth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information on your account. If your details change after registration, you must update them promptly by contacting [email protected].

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppvpi login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances. ppvpi will never ask you to provide your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are being used — whether by you or by any third party to whom you have disclosed your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately. ppvpi will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation. ppvpi cannot be held liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable password security or has voluntarily disclosed their credentials.

3.2 One Account Per Household

In addition to the one-account-per-person rule, ppvpi limits each residential address and each shared device to a reasonable number of accounts. Where ppvpi's fraud detection systems identify multiple accounts operating from the same IP address, device fingerprint, or bKash/Nagad account number, ppvpi reserves the right to investigate and, if multi-accounting is confirmed, to apply the penalties described above.

All financial transactions on ppvpi — including deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ppvpi does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on the ppvpi platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods and their respective minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on ppvpi is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ppvpi account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time business day to be credited, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

ppvpi reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any deposit that is unusually large, that triggers internal fraud detection systems, or that is made by an account whose KYC is incomplete. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name may be refused and returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (09:00–22:00 BST). Withdrawals to bank accounts are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) BST business days. ppvpi reserves the right to apply additional processing time to any withdrawal request pending the completion of KYC verification or enhanced due diligence checks.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the Player's ppvpi account balance. Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

4.3 Responsible Payment Use

Funds deposited to your ppvpi account must be used for legitimate gaming purposes only. ppvpi does not operate as a payment processor or money transfer service. Any attempt to use the ppvpi platform as a vehicle for financial transactions unrelated to gaming — including using deposits and withdrawals as a method of currency exchange or transferring funds between parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

ppvpi offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings. These specific promotion terms are incorporated by reference into these general Terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they (or winnings derived from them) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account without compensation.

5.2 Bonus Abuse & Prohibited Conduct

ppvpi operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; participating in collusive bonus play with other players; using technical exploits or software tools to gain an unfair advantage in promotional mechanics; and making deposits followed immediately by withdrawals without genuine gameplay.

Where ppvpi determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, ppvpi reserves the right to: void any bonus and all winnings derived from it; reverse any withdrawal pending at the time of detection; suspend or permanently close the account; and recover any amounts already paid out that are attributable to abusive conduct.

5.3 Promotional Availability

ppvpi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are made available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms. ppvpi is under no obligation to offer the same promotion to all players simultaneously and may target specific promotions to specific segments of the player base based on activity, location, or account standing.

All bets placed through the ppvpi sportsbook and all wagers placed in the ppvpi casino are subject to the rules set out in this section. Where a specific sport, market, or casino game has additional rules, those rules are published within the relevant section of the ppvpi platform and apply in addition to these general rules.

6.1 Sportsbook Betting Rules

Bets placed on sporting events — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are binding once confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet is settled, unless: the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds (including a pricing error that results in odds significantly out of line with the true market price); the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned under circumstances that trigger void-bet rules as described in the sport-specific rules; or the event's result is overturned by the relevant governing body after the original settlement.

ppvpi reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the relevant sporting event was the subject of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corrupt activity. ppvpi cooperates with relevant sporting integrity bodies and may share data relating to suspicious betting patterns with those bodies upon request.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Rules

All casino game outcomes on the ppvpi platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical game equipment operated by certified live dealer studios (Evolution Gaming and Ezugi). ppvpi does not control, influence, or interfere with game outcomes. Published RTP values represent the theoretical long-run return to players and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual playing session.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including server disconnection, game freezing, or power failure on the Player's device — the result of the interrupted round will be determined according to the relevant game provider's disconnection policy. ppvpi will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical malfunctions in a fair and timely manner.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on the ppvpi platform. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of wagering. ppvpi reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at any time as part of its risk management operations, without being required to provide a reason for the adjustment.

By registering and using the ppvpi platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations on a continuous basis throughout the period your account remains open. Failure to comply with any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities.

• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout all subsequent interactions with ppvpi, including during KYC verification and any enhanced due diligence process.
• You will not impersonate any other person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, age, or location at any time.
• You will not use the ppvpi platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or the facilitation of any criminal activity.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the ppvpi platform, its infrastructure, databases, or systems through any means, including hacking, password mining, or the use of automated bots or scripts.
• You will not use any software, device, or process (including artificial intelligence tools, automated betting scripts, or odds-scraping systems) to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over ppvpi.
• You will not engage in collusive play with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing cards, or sharing information in live casino games in a manner that gives either party an unfair advantage.
• You will not post, transmit, or communicate any content on the ppvpi platform (including in live chat features) that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of any third party.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any component of the ppvpi platform or any game software accessible through it.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable supplementary rules, game rules, and promotion terms published on the ppvpi platform.

7.1 Taxation

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether any winnings you receive through ppvpi are subject to taxation under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction, and to pay any applicable taxes on those winnings. ppvpi does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players and accepts no liability for any Player's tax obligations. You are encouraged to seek independent financial or legal advice if you are uncertain about your tax obligations.

ppvpi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where the urgency of the situation requires immediate action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the User Obligations set out in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe, or submission of fraudulent or invalid identity documents.
• Evidence of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusive play, or use of prohibited software or devices.
• A reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legally binding directive requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• The Player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure submitted to [email protected].
• The Player's confirmed status as an underage individual (under 18 years of age).
• Extended account inactivity, as defined by ppvpi's dormancy policy published separately.

8.1 Effect of Closure

Upon the closure of a player account for any reason other than confirmed fraud or Terms breach, ppvpi will process a withdrawal of any verified, non-bonus funds remaining in the account to the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Where the account is closed due to fraud, Terms breach, or criminal activity, the remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, and ppvpi reserves the right to recover any amounts previously paid out in connection with the breach.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their ppvpi account voluntarily — including as part of a self-exclusion decision — may do so at any time by contacting the ppvpi support team at [email protected]. The support team will process the request promptly and will confirm closure by email. Players who have self-excluded may not reopen their account until the self-exclusion period has expired and all required re-registration checks have been completed.
